Our client, Nespresso, a growing multinational, is currently looking for a temporary IT coodinator to join its team in Montreal.

The tasks of IT coordinator are:* Install and configure IT equipment: laptop, desktop, POS workstation, printers, mobile device (tablets, cell phones).* Maintain or repair equipment* Configure computer networks (Windows 7, 10)* Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance upgrades;* Install and test IT equipment in office locations and Call Centers.* Provide IT technical support to office and Call Center users.* Support the IT team in managing tickets submitted via HP Service Manager* Manage IT asset inventory, manage stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.* Contribute to local IT projects.
Required qualities for IT coordonator are:
* University Degree in the process of achieving in Computer Science or Business-related area * 5 to 7 years experience in similar role. * Experience working in a Retail environment (an asset).* English and French written and spoken are essential.* Excellent knowledge of MS Windows * Excellent knowledge of MS Office Software
