Be a part of an exciting new game launch this Fall!

We're currently hiring for 80 Live Game Support agents to work in Downtown Montreal. We're looking for individuals who can read/write easily in English and who have good game knowledge. There is no over-the- phone support, it is all done through chat, email and social media. There is a paid training period of one week before starting.

The roles are full time, and offered on 3 main shifts:

Morning: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Evening: 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm
Night: 11:30 - 7:30 am
The hourly salary for English language agents is 11.50$/hour (12.50$/hour for the Night Shift).

In this role you'll be:
- Answering tickets with questions and comments relating to the game recently launched
- Recording the client interactions on the CRM tool
- Attend training sessions and meetings to ensure that the project information is up to date and that processes are respected
- Answering client questions in a respectful and professional manner
- Meeting the department's quality standards and ensuring that tickets are treated in a timely manner
