Customer Service Agent

Adecco is currently hiring many customer service agents for one of our clients in the financial field!

The customer service agent will assist the client by taking inbound call and providing solution to them.

The start date: IMMEDIATLY.

You must be perfectly bilingual

Responsibilities of the Customer service agent:

- Answering inbound calls and probe to determine the needs of the clients;- Make sure that all client's account are updated in the systems;- Navigate on the different systems and applications;- Escalates issue when needed.

 
Requirements for the Customer service agent:

- You must be perfectly bilingual (English and French);- Good computer skills; - Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a customer service environment;
