Adecco is currently hiring a Customer Service Trainer for a call center located in Downtown Montreal a few steps from a metro.

The team is in full expansion and is looking for a bilingual Trainer with at least 2 years of experience in a customer service setting.

- Organise workshops and use various teaching methods aimed at adults;

- Use automated tools to ensure that training goals are being met in reasonable delays;
