To qualify for this Bilingual Service Associate role, you must have Post-Secondary education, 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in segregated funds, and must be Bilingual in English and French. The salary range for this position is $18.50/hour.
Bilingual Service Associate Responsibilities:
• Process and review purchases, redemptions, transfers, switches, systematic order and non-financial documents
• Complete all tasks according to company's policies, procedures and deadlines
• Maintain highly accurate results while working within tight deadlines and high volumes
• Work collaboratively with other areas, such as Client Services, Case Resolution and Product to deliver a top tier customer experience
Bilingual Service Associate Qualifications:
• Post-Secondary Education
• Previous administrative experience/customer service experience
• Bilingual in English and French
• Proficient in MS Office
