EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary full time Executive Assistant in Montreal, QC. To qualify for this Executive Assistant role, you must have 5+ years experience in a similar role, excellent communication skills, and advanced computer skills. Our client is an American multinational technology company headquartered in Redmond, Washington, that develops, manufactures, licenses, supports and sells computer software, consumer electronics and personal computers and services. The salary for this position is $25.00- $27.00/hour.

Executive Assistant Responsibilities:

• Ensure Executive remains focused on items that require their attention and is well prepared for key meetings
• Manage speaking engagements, product launched and other industry event support including seeking out details for events
• Plan and manage business travel, including handling all issues that arise out of travel
• Play the role of a Business Manager/ Procurement Admin: supplier management, PO creation, expense report review, etc

Executive Assistant Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge with MS Office; including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Highly detail oriented and anticipatory
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high performance environment
• Excellent planning and time management skills
• Experienced in the tech industry
