Adecco is currently hiring Box Office Clerks to join the team in a contract opportunity from August 2, 2017 - August 27, 2017 for their Volta show.

Box Office Clerk - Responsibilities:
 
- Sell tickets at the window using Cirque du Soleil ticketing system
- Prepare envelopes with tickets
- Hand out tickets
- File tickets
- Handling complaints and/or difficult customers
- May work on a remote box office
- May go assist in the concessions to serve F&B products (as a runner)
- Professionally confront problems and suggest possible resolutions
- Keeping working environment clean
- Handling cash and credit card transactions, balancing registers each day

Box Office Clerk Qualifications:
 
- Previous customer service experience and ability to communicate effectively
- Good knowledge of English
- Computer skills
- Ability to handle cash
- Flexibility: variable working hours
- Customer friendly, Service oriented
- Clean and groomed appearance
- Motivated
- Work well under pressure
- Team player
- Comfortable working in a loud environment

Box Office Clerk Shift Availability:
 
To be considered for this role you must be able to work from August 2, 2017 - August 27, 2017 and be able to work Tuesday to Sundays between 10:30 am - 9:30 pm.
