Adecco is currently hiring for German Level 1 Support Agents in Downtown Montreal. To be considered for this German Customer Support role, you must be able to communicate fluently in German and be comfortable in English.
Our client is an North American app developper who has expanded their market to Europe. We are looking for Support Agents who can answer inbound calls from Germany.
Schedule: 3 am to 11 am (to match the timezone difference in Europe)

German Technical Support role:
- Responsible for handling non-technical-support and related questions
- Provide prompt, reliable and accurate solutions to support related questions while maintaining an effective communication
- Responsible for ensuring call resolution while maintaining the highest level of quality support in every customer interaction
- Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
- Effectively deal with customer complaints and concerns
- Recognize and adjust support approach to accommodate all levels of customer's experience
- Educate customers on support options, and the steps being taken to resolve the issue, including online tutorials, in-store programs and help applications built into the programs
