What we offer:
Role focused on client services (inbound calls andno outbound sales)
37.5 hours a week
Working days are Monday to Friday until 8:00 pm – the centre is not open on weekends

What your major responsibilities are:
Promptly respond to telephone inquiries and ensure that clients' needs are met with accuracy and professionalism
Listen actively and probe to determine the need
Actively resolve inquiries raised
Maintain shareholder accounts on the appropriate systems
Escalate issues when necessary
Keep management team inform of feedback received
What you offer: Education, Training and Experience:
Post-secondary studies
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call centre or in client services
Outstanding client service skills (professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness)
Excellent communication skills, in both French and English
Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications
Strong knowledge of standard office PC applications (Outlook, Microsoft Office suite)
Enjoy working in a client-focused, structured and goal-oriented environment
Business or finances knowledge, an asset
