We are currently seeking 10 Inside Sales Agents to join our dynamic team located in Montreal. As an Inside Sales Agent you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, using your negotiating and communication skills. This is a great opportunity for anyone seeking full time employment, and a first work experience.

What are we looking for

• Motivated, enthusiastic, and independent individual
• Have the desire to provide outstanding customer service
• Have the ability to identify customer needs in terms of sales and respond to their needs
• Be skilled in forging a relationship of trust with the customers by telephone
• Entry level position

What you’ll be doing

• Communicating with existing customers by chat, email, and inbound calls
• Reaching the different sales target by up-selling or cross selling products
• Maintaining excellent customer service standards
• Providing feedback to your manager so we can constantly increase our sales and customer service services
