What we offer:
· Role focused on client services (inbound calls andno outbound sales)
· 37.5 hours a week
· Working days are Monday to Friday until 8:00 pm – the centre is not open on weekends

What your major responsibilities are:
· Promptly respond to telephone inquiries and ensure that clients' needs are met with accuracy and professionalism
· Listen actively and probe to determine the need
· Actively resolve inquiries raised
· Maintain shareholder accounts on the appropriate systems
· Escalate issues when necessary
· Keep management team inform of feedback received
What you offer:
Education, Training and Experience:
· Post-secondary studies
· Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call centre or in client services
· Outstanding client service skills (professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness)
· Excellent communication skills, in both French and English
· Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications
· Strong knowledge of standard office PC applications (Outlook, Microsoft Office suite)
· Enjoy working in a client-focused, structured and goal-oriented environment
· Business or finances knowledge, an asset
