Adecco is currently seeking a project scheduler for its client, a multinational in the industrial field, to deliver projects in Labrador City. This is a full-time job for an undefinite contract.
Responsibilities and duties :
* Monitor portfolio performance indicators and triggers actions according to analyzed trends;
* Creates, maintains and reports on the portfolio multi-years plan and associated schedule;
* Participates in project schedule review meetings and update schedules in order to optimize the overall portfolio;
* Assists in maintaining the integrity of integrated project schedules;
* Supports development of monthly schedule reports, including proper analysis in order to optimize the overall portfolio;
* Assists in the development and update of progress and commodity curves;
* Assists in schedule development and monitoring for assigned areas;
* Identifies improvement opportunities for streamlining work process;
* Supports compliance with standardised processes, systems and tools;
* Maintains the relationship with contracting and other project controlling stakeholders;
* Collaborates with the cost engineering and estimating groups to ensure that implications of changes are well articulated;
* Analyses and reports implications of changes to plan and schedule;
* Provides technical support to project stakeholders.
Qualifications :
* Must possess a degree in the field of administration or in a related discipline;
* An experience in this field is required;
* Be bilingual (an asset);
* Excellent knowledge of Excel softwares.
