Administrative Assistant

Adecco is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to work on a contract employment basis in Saskatoon, SK. You will have the opportunity to work in a number of different industries and gain a wide variety of experience. To be considered for our Administrative Assistant vacancies, you must have superior customer service, experience with reception and administrative duties, and proficient computer skills.

Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Perform reception duties including phones, greeting and directing guests, respond to inquiries, etc.
- Ability to complete various reports and documents
- Complete accurate data entry pertaining to accounting, payroll, billing, etc.
- Provide billing, invoicing, and account reconciliation information
- Complete hotel reservations, process mail, arrange and couriers service

Administrative Assistant Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook are a must
- Previous experience within a similar industry; safety knowledge is considered an asset
- The ability to be adaptable, demonstrate initiative, and use judgment calls when necessary
- Must be a team player with a willingness to assist others as needed
