Coordonnateur- TI / IT coordinator Nespresso

Notre client dans le commerce de détail, Nespresso, est actuellement à la recherche d'un coordonnateur TI pour un poste temporaire d'une durée de 3 mois.

Le poste de coordonnateur IT vous offre:

Les tâches de ce poste de coordonnateur TI sont:
* Installer et configurer le matériel informatique : ordinateurs portatifs, ordinateurs, postes de travail dans les points de vente, imprimantes, appareils mobiles (tablettes, téléphones cellulaires).
* Configurer les réseaux informatiques (Windows 7,10)
* Planifier les mises à niveau et les effectuer.
* Installer et tester le matériel informatique dans les bureaux et le centre d'appels.
* Fournir un soutien technique aux utilisateurs des bureaux et des centres d'appels.
* Gérer les actifs informatiques, les stocks, les produits consommables et les autres fournitures.
* Contribuer à la réalisation de projets de TI locaux.

Les compétences recherchées pour se poste de coodonnateur TI sont::

* Diplôme universitaire en informatique ou dans un domaine lié au commerce
* 5 à 7 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
* L'expérience dans un environnement de ventes au détail est un atout certain.
* Maîtrise essentielle du français et de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral.
* Bonne connaissance de MS Windows.
* Excellente connaissance de la suite Office de Microsoft.

The tasks of IT coordinator are:
* Install and configure IT equipment: laptop, desktop, POS workstation, printers, mobile device (tablets, cell phones).
* Maintain or repair equipment
* Configure computer networks (Windows 7, 10)
* Plan and undertake scheduled maintenance upgrades;
* Install and test IT equipment in office locations and Call Centers.
* Provide IT technical support to office and Call Center users.
* Support the IT team in managing tickets submitted via HP Service Manager
* Manage IT asset inventory, manage stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.
* Contribute to local IT projects.
 
Required qualities for IT coordonator are:

* University Degree in Computer Science or Business-related area
*5 to 7 years experience in similar role.
* Experience working in a Retail environment (an asset).
* English and French written and spoken are essential.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Windows
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office Software
