The Workforce Planning Analyst must provide an active contribution to the team through consistent support and fulfillment of forecasting and scheduling responsibilities.
At all times, the focus of the Workforce Planning Analyst is to ensure the best application of resources to forecasted volumes, including predicted and unforeseen peaks and troughs.
