BILINGUAL SENIOR STORE SERVICE

Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Senior Store Service for a 22-weeks contract with our federal government client located in Gatineau, QC.

This position comes along the following responsibilities:
- Performing warehouse work involving shipping and receiving, order picking, wrapping, mailroom, moving material, restacking;
- Operating a Computer and maintaining an inventory system;
- Operating basic tools, hand tools, wrapping equipment, electric pallet lifts, manual pallet lifts, forklifts;
- Assisting in the disposal of physical assets;
- Assisting in the distribution of assets;
- Monitoring inventory levels of physical assets;
- Retrieving product from appropriate storage rooms and store for use in a pending project;
- Assisting in the installation and removal of kiosk, stages, chairs, tables, panels, etc, for various events;
- Assisting in the instillation and removal of station peripherals such as key board trays, corner makers, etc.
- Performing operational support of the Waste Management Program (e-waste, computer for schools and battery program), and delivery of paper;
- Lifting of boxes, equipment and/or furniture (up to approximately 50lbs.)
Individual must be in good physical condition as duties includes heavy lifting of material up to 50 lbs. by hand.

The successful candidate must:

- Be bilingual
- Have valid certification for Whims, and fork loft operation. Provide proof of certification upon request.
- Be in good physical condition as work requires heavy lifting of material up to 50 lbs. by hand.
- Have completed a Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education.
- Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in the following fields: assisting operators during: forklift operations, man lift operations.
- Have a valid certification for WHIMS and Current Forklift Training (within the last 2 years).
