Video Games Customer Support Agent
We're currently hiring Live Game Support Agents to work in Montreal. We're looking for individuals who can talk, read and write easily in English and who are passionate about video games.
This is a full-time position (40h/week) that requires you to be available at all time. We want to fill the position as soon as possible!
In this role, you will be: - Answering tickets with questions and comments regarding the game by email, chat and phone- Assisting gamers with their account issues- Translating or reviewing various text- Assisting the developpers by forwarding them important information from the issues you handle with gamers- Answering client questions in a respectful and professional manner- Meeting the compagny's quality standards and ensuring that tickets are treated in a timely manner
