New Home Sales Consultant in Mirabel, QC.

We are pursuing a full-time New Home Sales Consultant in Mirabel, QC. The New Home Sales Consultant will be responsible to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, cold calling and following up on prospective opportunities, and closing large, complex deals. The right candidate must have New Home Sales experience and strong cold calling and closing abilities.

New Home Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
• Maintain and build prospective opportunities
• Greet and help all potential buyers
• Developing new customers by cold calling potential prospects using a relationship-based approach
• Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
• Sales tracking systems: new leads, deal progress, market commitments, and success rates for KPI's

New Home Sales Consultant Qualifications:
• 3 years' New Home Sales Experience
• Possess a general knowledge of New Home construction
• Applicants must be motivated and have a high focus on customer service
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and able to multi-task
• Post-secondary education in business or technical field would be an asset
• Project a professional image and possess strong interpersonal skills
