BILINGUAL SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT


Adecco is currently recruiting for a Bilingual Senior Administrative Assistant for a 32-week contract until March 31st 2017 within the Federal Government. The Bilingual Senior Administrative Assistant must currently hold a valid security clearance at the Secret level.

The Bilingual Senior Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:
- Provides administrative services to the Executive Director, two Directors and other employees in the division;
- Manages calendars;
- Keeps file folders up-to-date;
- Performs secretariat services to committees;
- Provides logistics for various meetings;
- Prepares correspondence;
- Arranges conferences using modern meeting tools such as video conferencing;
- Creates, files, organizes documentation using Government of Canada Records, Documents and Information Management System (RDIMS).

The Bilingual Senior Administrative Assistant must meet the following mandatory requirements:
- Minimum of secondary school diploma.
- Minimum of three years of experience in providing administrative services.
- Minimum of one year of administrative support experience with the federal government.
- Experience with modern meeting tools such as video conferencing.
- Experience with a Records, Documents and Information Management System (RDIMS).
- Experience with Microsoft Office, including MS Outlook.
- Experience with the Government Travel System (HRG).
- Experience with basic government financial processes using Government of Canada financial system.
- Experience with Government of Canada collaboration tools such as GcConnex and GCPedia.
- Experience with the Government of Canada Acquisition Card process.
- At least one year experience in an IM/IT environment within the last three year.
