RECEPTIONIST III


Adecco is currently hiring for a temporary part time Bilingual Receptionist III in Montreal. To qualify for this Receptionist III role, you must have excellent English and French communication skills and proficient in MS Office applications. Our client is a customer-focused personal and small business banking business. Serving more than 12 million customers nationally, our client provides a full range of financial products and services through its retail branch network, mobile app, telephone, internet banking, and automated banking machines. The salary for this position is $17.50/hour.

Receptionist III Responsibilities:

• Greet and liaise with clients and various guests
• Processing correspondence - typing, emails etc.
• Daily postal distributions and answering phones
• Liaising with administration and staff in global offices
• Perform daily tasks such as photocopying, faxing, managing daily mail and updating databases and filing


Receptionist III Qualifications:

• Able to demonstrate flexibility and adapting to a fast paced environment
• Advanced understanding of MS Office Applications
• Excellent English and French communication skills
• Reliable and excellent team work skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
