We are looking for candidates who have a mastery of writing and reading in their native languages.

The positions available are:
- Localization tester;
- Live game operation agent

Role of the localization tester:
- Ensure consistency of audio and on-screen script;
- Verify that the script and audio correspond to the context of the game;
- Correct grammatical or contextual aspects of the game;
- Make minor translation corrections;
- Train other localization testers;
- All related tasks

Role of the game support agent:
- Offer professional level support to game players;
- Use available tools to investigate and document gamers' questions and comments;
- Record all activity in CRM tool;
- Communicate by email and chatroom professionally and using formal language;
- Attend training sessions in English;
- Make sure quality levels are respected;- All related tasks
