Adecco is currently hiring 15 customer service agents for one of our clients in the financial field!
The customer service agent will assist the client by taking inbound call and providing solution to them.
The start date: August 14th
You must be perfectly bilingual.

Responsibilities of the Customer service agent:
- Answering inbound calls and probe to determine the needs of the clients
- Make sure that all client's account are updated in the systems
- Navigate on the different systems and applications
- Escalates issue when needed.
