Video Game Support, Downtown Montreal (English)
Have you ever found a bug while you were playing a game you just started ? Did you ever feel like you wanted to share your thoughts on a game and make sure it made its way to the studio that released it?
You can be part of the solution for your fellow gamers by joining a team of Game Support agents in the heart of Downtown Montreal.

What your day will look like:
- You'll be receiving tickets with the different questions/comments from gamers relating to the new game that's been launched
- You'll be live-chatting with gamers and helping them resolve their game issue, anything from "someone stole my sword, and I paid for it!" to "do you really expect me to believe a person can jump that high?"
- There's no need to talk to anyone over the phone, because everything will be over chat, email and social media
- Any other related tasks
Schedules (you can give your preference in the interview form and they'll do their best to accommodate it):
Morning: 7:30 am - 3:30 pm
Evening: 3:30 pm - 11:30 pm
Night: 11:30 - 7:30 am
The hourly salary for the English role is 11.50$ (day and evening), 12.50$ (Night shift)
What we're looking for:
- Customer service experience so we know you have communication experience
- Games knowledge, from a casual player to the one that takes breaks to eat every now and then
- Available for one or more of the shifts mentioned, full time (37.5 hours/week)
- Comfortable with computers (training on their system is provided)
