A Video Game Consulting company located in Downtown Montreal is looking for English speaking gamers to communicate through Chat and E-mail with their clients around the globe.
You’ll be in a casual office setting, working side by side with fellow gamers, while being exposed to unreleased titles and the work that goes behind a title before it’s released. If you’ve always wanted a glimpse into the Industry, this could be your chance.
What will you be doing as a Customer Support team member?
We are looking for team members who are up to the task of helping fellow gamers troubleshoot through selected newly released titles, to take their comments into consideration, and to signal any glitches that will be sent to the developers for improvement. If you’ve ever had a problem or question with a game, that’s probably who you chatted with.
