What you will be doing?
- Provide technical support over the telephone to our customers while ensuring full customer satisfaction
- Problem solve and recommend improvements to our current hardware technology
- Provide technical support to retailers
- Promote and sell the features, advantages, and benefits of products and services to our customers
- Act as an ambassador for the company

What you need?

- Bilingual in both French and English is required
