Technical Support Representative-Montréal

In order to provide exceptional customer service, a Canadian leader in satellite distributor with more than 3 million customers across the country is looking for Technical Support Representatives. The company is looking for candidates who are open-minded and respectful of everyone’s differences in order to provide a well diversified workplace.
What you will be doing?

  • Provide technical support over the telephone to our customers while ensuring full customer satisfaction 
  • Problem solve and recommend improvements to our current hardware technology
  • Provide technical support to retailers 
  • Promote and sell the features, advantages, and benefits of products and services to our customers
  • Act as an ambassador for the company

What you need?

  • High School diploma or equivalent with previous experience in a customer service or call centre 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Good computer skills including the use of Internet 
  • Team player 
  • Attention to detail and results oriented 
  • Experience in an inbound consultative sales and service work environment is an asset 
  • Bilingual in both French and English is required
