Sales Associate Tasks:
- Manage existing and potential customers and make them discover the quality of Nespresso coffee
- Inform existing and potential customers about the source of the coffee, the country of origin and the values behind each cup
- Inform clients as a coffee expert, and contribute to the service of your boutique colleagues
- To contribute to the participation of customers to the Nespresso Club
- Act as a link between the Nespresso brand and customers, and improve your knowledge in a continuous manner.
