We currently have an opening for a National Director, Recruitment Consulting in Montreal, QC. In this role, you will lead all aspects of the recruitment consulting business line, which includes virtual mass recruitment, recruitment process outsourcing and other consulting services. As the successful candidate, you will lead new business development and, once sold, ensure Adecco’s services are profitably delivered. You must have strong bilingual (English and French) verbal and written communication skills, be able to travel and have a minimum of 8 years’ experience in the staffing industry.
As a qualified candidate, you have proven business development and recruitment skills with a desire to identify and implement efficiencies and champion the use of virtual recruitment technology; you are a strategic thinker and have strong leadership capabilities - including the ability to apply a flexible staffing model to achieve financial success. You understand the evolving needs of clients in the marketplace as they relate to recruitment consulting services, and have a strong track record of measurable results.
National Director, Recruitment Consulting Job Functions:
Develops and implements the overall strategic plan to maximize the recruitment consulting business line inCanadaand exceed company goals.
Increases profitability by leading the overall sales effort, identifies opportunities within existing and new clients and collaborates with other key sales colleagues to introduce and expand Adecco’s overall service solutions. Performs/attends client and prospect presentations related to Adecco’s recruitment consulting solutions.
Manages the overall operational service delivery with a focus on continuous process improvement and order fulfillment.
Support, mobilize and supervise direct reports including the selection, training and development of colleagues, providing coaching and performance development as needed and assisting with problem resolution.
Implements and promotes the use of current and future technology related to recruitment, client servicing and daily operations.
Establishes an annual budget and national business plan, develops regular revenue and expense forecasts, and monitors expenditures within the budget to maximize profitability.
National Director, Recruitment Consulting Job Requirements:
Completion of post-secondary education in a related field or years of equivalent experience demonstrating progressive responsibility.
A minimum of 8 years related work experience within the staffing industry required including at least 5 in a business to business outside sales capacity.
4 years management or supervisory experience.
English and French language proficiency.
Proficient in virtual recruitment technology & practices and ATS systems.
Working knowledge of Canadian Labour laws an asset.
