Our client, North America leader for the past 50 years in the eyewear retailling, is currently hiring a customer service representative (B2B) for a permanent position in the Ville St-Laurent office.
The company offers:- A competitive salary of 15-16$ per hour;- Social benefits after 6 months;- Fix work schedules (Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm);- Friendly and pleasant working atmosphere.
The customer service representative (B2B) will have to:- Respond to customers inquiries effectively;- Solve problems and offer a suitable solution for each client;- Take orders via phone or emails;- Follow up with the delivery company and the customers;- Offer recommendations, information about prices and availability of products.- Welcome visitors at the reception.
