Adecco is looking for 5 Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Montréal.
To be considered for this Bilingual Customer Service role, you must have excellent communication skills in German and English.
Our client is an international leader in the e-commerce industry based in downtown Montréal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answers customer queries regarding our product/services
- Maximize focus on customer and sales engagement
- Offer support to customers throughout the sales process.
- Install, support, and troubleshoot software issues over the phone (level 1)
Qualifications:
- Fluent in German and English ( French asset )
- Experience in sales/customer service
- Available to work full time (day, evening, night shifts and week end)
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience with Internet, Window, Mac and Operating system
