Online Game Support Agent - English language

Adecco is currently hiring for an English Customer Support Agent in Downtown Montreal.
To be considered for this role, you must have previous customer service experience and be completely fluent in English.
Our client is a Video Game Consulting company in Montreal. They serve the many Game Development companies here in Montreal and abroad. We are looking for applicants who are available full time.

Role of the game support agent:

- Offer professional level support to game players;
- Use available tools to investigate and document gamers' questions and comments;
- Record all activity in CRM tool;
- Communicate by email and chatroom wtih a professional and error-free language;
- Attend training sessions in English;
- Make sure quality levels are respected;
- All related tasks
