Adecco is currently hiring permanent, full time Outside Sales Representatives (Entry Level)position in Montréal, Québec!

Our client is one ofNorth America’s leading distributors of metalworking and maintenance, repair and operations solutions. 

 

WHAT YOU GET:

*Base salary plus commission with incentives

*Monthly car allowance

*Monthly phone allowance

 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

*Proven track record in new account acquisition, and account retention

*High degree of integrity and ability to develop customer relationships required

*Demonstrated ability to resolve problems and develop action plans

*Technical product knowledge - relevant to the markets being served, including but not limited to fasteners, chemicals, industrial     maintenance supplies, electrical, food processing, manufacturing, etc

*Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent listening and presentation skills.

 

WHAT YOU NEED:

*Reliable transportation, with a current driver’s license, and minimum liability insurance

*Ability to work from home office and own a personal computer with internet access that can be used for work.

*2- 4 years college diploma/degree preferred.

*Bilingual in French and English

*Minimum of 1-3 years’ in Customer Service, Sales, Outside Sales or B2B experience.
