What we offer:
• Role focused on client services (inbound calls andno outbound sales)
• 37.5 hours a week
• Working days are Monday to Friday until 8:00 pm – the centre is not open on weekends

What your major responsibilities are:
• Promptly respond to telephone inquiries and ensure that clients' needs are met with accuracy and professionalism
• Listen actively and probe to determine the need
• Actively resolve inquiries raised
• Maintain shareholder accounts on the appropriate systems
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Keep management team inform of feedback received
What you offer:
Education, Training and Experience:
• Post-secondary studies
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call centre or in client services
• Outstanding client service skills (professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness)
• Excellent communication skills, in both French and English
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and applications
• Strong knowledge of standard office PC applications (Outlook, Microsoft Office suite)
• Enjoy working in a client-focused, structured and goal-oriented environment
• Business or finances knowledge, an asset
