Responsabilités du chef d'équipe:- Diriger et gérer une équipe de testeur de localisation à travers les projets de clients;- Collaborer avec les gestionnaires de projets dans la planification et dans la rédaction de planification projets; - Aider dans la création de textes utilisés dans les examens d'entrée en poste; - Organiser les propositions de services pour les clients; - Tout autre responsabilité connexe.Profil recherché: - Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en localisation; - Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de projets LQA; - Expérience en gestion d'équipe (20 agents +); - Bonnes connaissances en localisation de jeux; - Expérience avec les plateformes mobiles, les consoles et PC;- À l'aise avec l'organisation des horaires, la gestion de budget, évaluations d'employés; - Travailler sous pression; - Excellentes habiletés en communication. Responsibilities- Manage a team of 10-15 person testers- Train team members on all aspects of testing methodology- Develop, execute and update test plans and test cases for new and existing products- Interface with other team members to investigate issues, clearly explain the issues and provide solutions- Proposing solutions to test backend services. This would include stress, performance, security, privacy, scalability and latency- Suggest beneficial tooling ideas and concepts that will enhance the testing approach- Carry out exploratory testing and test scenarios to uncover unusual issues- Capturing and analysing debug outputs- Track issues reported throughout their lifecycle- Provide product quality feedback and ideas in team meetings- Suggest and help to implement process improvement initiativesEssential Attributes- A passion for software and producing products that exceed customer expectations- Strong drive for results and ability to work independently- The ability to conceive and execute creative solutions to problems- 3+ years' experience leading software test teams - Experience developing test plans and test cases- Experience with structured test processes as well as exploratory testing techniques- Experience with automation tools and scripting- Understands software testing methodologies, procedures and the development lifecycle- Excellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Experience- Gaming experience across multiple console platforms- Academic and/or work experience with a programming language such as Java, C# or C++- Proven track record of released products- Experience with web service heavy systems or products- Strong debugging abilities to identify the root cause of the problem- Experience testing across multiple platforms, such as PC, console, mobile, etc.You have the profile we're looking for and you're interested in the position?
