Adecco is currently hiring for a customer service representative in Montreal-West (inbound calls). To be considered for this customer service role, you must be bilingual and be able to work on rotating schedules.
Our client is a major airline company dedicated to excellent service, and we are looking to add a team player with great communication skills.This is a long term temporary position. The position is for 21 to 36 hours per week.

Inbound Customer Service Agent Responsibilities:
- Provide a superior level of customer service to internal clients;
- Offer quick and effective assistance, using the internal reservation system, the security system and the information provided by the airport agent;
- Use the instructions provided in order to assess the situation and support the airport agent;
- Save and accurately confirm information received by the airport staff;
- Accurately document the outcome any calls;
- Collect all information heard on the phone accurately;
- Communicate with government agencies;
- Work in collaboration with the Corporate Security team;
- Other related tasks.
