Adecco is currently hiring Factory Labourers for one of our clients in Trenton, Ontario. Our client is an established manufacturing site offering steady full-time hours, excellent onsite training, and the potential to be considered for permanent hire. To qualify for this Factory Labourer role, you must be available to work full-time hours and be able to commit to working rotating shifts. Successful candidates will be mechanically inclined with the ability to multitask and have prior general labourer or manufacturing experience. The rate of pay for this position starts at $14.00 per hour.

Factory Labourer Responsibilities:
- Load raw material into machinery and unload finished product from conveyor belts
- Inspect finished product for quality, accuracy, and consistency
- Sort, label, and package finished product
- Safely palletize finished product for warehousing
- Report any quality defects, machine issues, and safety concerns promptly to line leaders
- Perform light cleaning tasks as required to maintain a safe and hazard free workspace

Factory Labourer Qualifications:
- Product can weigh up to 50 lbs, must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to stand throughout the duration of shifts
- Must be able to commit to working full-time hours and rotating shifts
- Must have or be able to obtain steel toed work boots or steel toed work shoes
- Must have a strong work ethic and reliable attendance

Principales responsabilités:

- Charger et décharger les camions avec le chariot élévateur;
- Faire la manutention des boites de marchandises;
